Lorraine’s innovative leadership style and adept stakeholder management continue to drive industry advancements and transformation. With a solid foundation in Psychology and a host of business management qualifications, Lorraine’s journey remains steadfast in propelling the highly successful Hitech Industrial Services group forward and infusing Motorway Tech with visionary guidance.

Mark is a seasoned professional with a proven track record, having founded Hitech Industrial Services in 1991. With a solid foundation as a Mechanic and a progressive journey through roles such as Maintenance and Repairs Supervisor and Maintenance Manager at renowned companies like Gardner Bros, Gardner Perrott (a division of Brambles), and Sykes Pumps, Mark brings a wealth of experience to the table at Motorway Tech. His extensive engineering qualifications and City and Guilds certification underscore his expertise in the field.

Shaukat is a results-driven professional with a diverse educational background, holding a BSc in Mechanical Engineering, along with expertise in HVAC Mechatronics, Robotics & Automation Engineering. Further enriching his credentials, he holds a Master of Engineering in Management. With an impressive journey spanning 8 years at the Hara Corporation in Bangladesh and Thailand, followed by 2 years at Toyota Tsusho Corporation in Japan and Thailand, Shaukat’s expertise has evolved to encompass Systems Engineering. Combining his extensive skill set, Shaukat is now at the helm of engineering leadership, driving innovation and excellence across the Hitech Group and Motorway Tech
