Motorway Tech presents the SDG 200, TransTech Systems next generation soil density gauge.
It is equipped with full colour graphics driven user interface and a touch screen display. The SDG 200 makes use of Microsoft Windows CE for its smooth operation, software upgrades, and enhanced user support.

The SDG 200 only has an “average” mode available. It averages five readings, stores data including location, date and time and also stores infinite records.
For functions, there is Wet & Dry Density, % Compaction, and % Moisture.
For soil specifications, the SDG 200 is designed to operate with standard soils used in civil construction projects. It requires inputs from standard; Standard Test Methods for Liquid Limit, Plastic Limit, Plasticity Index of Soils, Particle Size Distribution, and Proctor Test.
