Motorway Tech and TransTech Systems greatly recommend using UPS or Fed-Ex when returning your equipment as they offer a trackable service. Please do not return your equipment until you receive a notice from Motorway Tech.
Remember to use caution when packaging your gauge for services! We have experienced instances wherein chargers and handles were placed on top of the touch screen. We strongly suggest to avoid this as it could potentially damage your gauge and lead to costly repairs. Please store all accessories in the case lid.
